Timothy “Tim” Allen Breauchy, 53, of Geneva passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at his mother’s residence following a battle with cancer. He was born on February 9, 1966 in Decatur to William E. and Bonnie (Lehman) Breauchy.
He was self-employed in construction. He loved his children and was a proud grandfather to his granddaughters. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR and the Indianapolis Colts.
He is survived by his mother of Monroe; his daughter, Courtney Breauchy of Decatur; son, Taylor Breauchy of Berne; son, Blake Breauchy of New Jersey; son and daughter by choice, Chad McLaughlin of Wyoming; and Nikki McLaughlin of Florida; two brothers, Doug (Amy) Breauchy of Decatur; and Dan Breauchy of Monroe; sister, Diane (Brent) Luginbill of Berne; and two grandchildren, Lillee and Adrieen.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, January 3 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Yager-Kirchhofer Chapel in Berne. There will be no visitation prior to the service on Saturday at the church. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 4 at First Mennonite Church in Berne. Officiating will be Pastor Jeff Linthicum. Burial will be at MRE Cemetery in Berne.
