Rosella M. Ringger

Rosella Marie Ringger, 97, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018 at Swiss Village Retirement Community in Berne.

She was born on February 7, 1921 in Wells County to John and Olga (Speheger) Frauhiger. She was married on May 17, 1941 in Bluffton to LaVerne A. Ringger.

She was well known for her love for cleaning, baking and yard work. She cleaned homes for several families in Adams and Wells counties over the years. She had also been employed by CTS Corporation and Swiss Village in Berne. She helped with the family farming operation for many years.

She is survived by her son, Art (Suzanne) Ringger of Greenville, South Carolina; brother, Tom (Rose Marie) Frauhiger of Bluffton; three grandchildren, Allison (Chris) Koepper of Waikola Village, Hawaii; and Tracy (Ben) Peterson; and Emily (David) Ratliff, both of Simpsonville, South Carolina; sister-in-law, Lucile Frauhiger of Bluffton; brother-in-law, Bill Ringger of Bluffton; three grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on April 12, 2010; three brothers, Loren, Leonard, and Herb Frauhiger; and two sisters, Mildred Gerber; and Marjorie Ringger.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27 at the Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton and one hour prior to the 10:30 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, April 28 at the Apostolic Christian Church East. Officiating will be Ron Kipfer and Vince Pfister. Burial will be at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Wells County.
