Pauline Dick

Pauline Dick, 91, of Fort Wayne passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2019at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born on November 18, 1927in Adams County to Arthur L. and Marie (Wable) Mitchel. She was married on May 31, 1947in Nashville to Clarence V. Dick.

She was a member of St. Joseph United Methodist Church in Fort Wayne and a former member of Monroe United Methodist Church in Monroe. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women. She enjoyed participating in the Thursday morning Bible study group and Maxine Coleman Circle. She enjoyed puzzles, word searches, reading, sewing, cooking, baking and craft projects. She was a homemaker and had also worked at Walmart in Decatur from 1994 to 2008.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Johnston of Fort Wayne; son, Kevin (Jennifer) Dick of Decatur; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on May 14, 2008; step-son, Bill Dick; and step-daughter, Carol Stimson.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. memorial service on Saturday, January 26 at St. Joseph United Methodist Church, 6004 Reed Road, Fort Wayne.  Officiating will be Pastor Russ Abel. 

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph United Methodist Church.
