Orville C. Eischen, 79, of Celina, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born September 20, 1940, in Jay County to Sylvester and Mildred (Schmit) Eischen. He was married April 30, 1960, to Carol Bader.
He was a 1959 graduate of the former Rockford High School and was employed at CTS in Berne. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his four-wheeler, hauling Amish and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Deb Burd of Union City; and Patsy (Paul) Gray of Celina, Ohio; son, Tom (Mary) Eischen of Celina, Ohio; three sisters, Janet Privett of Montezuma, Ohio; Susan (Gary) Jones of Geneva; and Phyllis (Al) White of Lima, Ohio; sister-in-law, Barb Eischen of Coldwater, Ohio; six grandchildren, Nicole, Nick, Grant, Alisa, Trevor, and Tannor; and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lisa Bigelow; and two brothers, David and Jim Eischen.
A private family service will be held at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery. Ohio. Burial will be at St. Marys of the Presentation Cemetery in Geneva.
Memorials may be made to Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.
