Melissa J. Pax, 43, of Bluffton died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service Monday, Jan. 22 at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Yager-Kirchhofer Chapel in Berne. Officiating will be Father David Violi. Burial will be at St. Mary’s of the Presentation Catholic Cemetery in Geneva.
