Judson Lehman

Judson Lee Lehman, 88, of Fort Wayne passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Lutheran Life Villages at Pine Valley. He was born on January 7, 1932 in Berne to Elmer and Elizabeth Lehman. He was married to Rochelle Liechty for 59 years.
He was an active member of Simpson-Getsemani United Methodist Church in Fort Wayne. He proudly served his country in the Air Force and worked as an awarded FAA aviation mechanic for 56 years in Vandalia, Ohio and Fort Wayne (Smith Field and Baer Field), as well as Challenge Tool & Mfg. performing machine maintenance. He loved airplanes, trains, cars and creating models.
He is survived by his wife; son, Lon (Amy) Lehman of Fort Wayne; daughter, Lorna Jean (Ronnie) Coody of Turkey; sister, Myrtella Cook; brother, Rodney (Sandy) Lehman; seven grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 15 and one hour prior to the 2 p.m. funeral service on Thursday, January 16 at D. O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne.
