Floine Dynes

Floine Ruth Dynes, 98, of Geneva passed away Friday, March 6, 2020, at Swiss Village in Berne. She was born October 29, 1921, in Adams County to Joel and Cora (Winteregg) Neuenschwander. She was married December 30, 1950, in Adams County to George Dynes.
She was faithful member of First Mennonite Church in Berne. She played an intricate role assisting on the family farm and was a homemaker. She enjoyed time spent outside on the family farm and gardening. She was talented at crocheting and embroidery work. In addition, she enjoyed working on puzzles and attending various different garage sales.
She is survived by three sons, Sheldon Dynes of New Castle; Brian Dynes of Berne; and Ted (Barbara A.) Dynes of Decatur; sister, Margie (Bill) Simon of Berne; nine grandchildren, Matt (Karen) Dynes; Michelle (Steve) Cobb; Dr. Jennifer (Trent) McCormick; Andrew Dynes; Joseph Dynes; Daniel Dynes; Seth Dynes; Olivia Dynes; and Joshua Dynes; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on June 11, 2019; three brothers, Sherman, Delmar, and LeDale Neuenschwander; and four sisters, Vergene, Romona, Ellowyne, and Willodyne.
In accordance with her wishes, private family services will be held.
