Dale Hirschy
Dale Hirschy, 78, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Swiss Village in Berne. He was born on September 24, 1941 to Eli and Ruth Hirschy.
He was a farmer most of his life in Jay County.
He is survived by his two sons, Lee (Donna) Hirschy of rural Portland; and Mark (Stacy) Hirschy of rural Bryant; two brothers, Bill (Mary Ellen) Hirschy of Berne; and Dewain (Marjorie) Hirschy of rural Portland; grandson, Daniel Hirschy; and four step-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Eldon Hirschy.
The family would like to thank the staff at Swiss Village for his care.
A private memorial service was held per his request. He will be buried at Ray Cemetery west of Monroe.
