Winter finally visits Adams County

After several weeks of rather tranquil winter weather, Old Man Winter let Adams County know this past weekend that he was not to be forgotten. A snowstorm entered the southern part of the county early Saturday morning and by mid-morning had overspread the entire county with steady all-day snow.
