Treats at the Tower 2022

Maxwell Edwards stays warm in his rooster costume as he makes the rounds with his father Max Edwards at the Treats at the Tower Halloween event Thursday evening. Area businesses lined up on the Clock Tower plaza distributing candy to trick or treaters. Thursday was Berne’s official trick or treat night with several events taking place throughout Berne.
