Study underway to update discharge elimination requirements

Brady Dryer, Environmental Compliance Manager for Commonwealth Engineers, told Berne City Council on Monday evening that he is currently working with the Indiana Department of Emergency Management and city officials in applying for an updated five-year-permit to be issued by the Department of Environmental Management.
