Sold!...South Adams accepts bid on property

It took just six minutes for the South Adams School Board to unanimously approve to accept a bid on the former elementary school property during a special board meeting held on Thursday evening. They received a response to their counter offer to the bid from Biggs Indiana Properties, LLC and the Berne Community Development Commission (CDC).
