Smith dials in, knocks out Adams Central
If anyone thinks that South Adams is all about Macy Pries, they are in for a rude awakening. Adams Central found out the hard way in the opening round of Class 2A sectional play at the Stardome Tuesday night. The Starfires beat Adams Central, 51-39, despite the Jets’ ability to hold South Adams’ all-time career scoring leader relatively in check with just six points through three quarters and 11 for the game.
