Sirk presented Rugg Award

Wylie Sirk was presented with the Samuel L. Rugg award at the annual meeting of Decatur Main Street Tuesday evening. Sirk is the second recipient of the award and was presented with his plaque from outgoing Main Street president Brian Clemons.
