Several gather to celebrate Balbec Fall Festival

The restored pioneer home of Jimmy and Rachel Silliven, key figures in the Underground Railroad in its pursuit through north-central Indiana, was surrounded by a large crowd on Saturday of those coming for the annual Balbec Fall Festival.
