Second Street Lofts announce pre-leasing for industrial-chic apartment

Gustavo Rojas, marketing and communications for the Second Street Lofts in Decatur, announced on Tuesday that the complex, located in downtown Decatur,  is announcing that pre-leasing is open for 16 industrial-chic apartments with a preference to artists in the heart of the city.
