Rumschlag receives sergeant position at Decatur Police Department

Decatur Police Chief Lenny Corral announced at Tuesday evening’s meeting of the Decatur City Council that, upon board approval, Lucas Rumschlag has been chosen to replace former sergeant Corey Hamm on second shift.
