Redevelopment Commission education fund backs grant application vision

The Decatur Redevelopment Commission continues to extend its support for the proposed M.E.R.I.T. Center (former Northwest Elementary School). The Redevelop Commission (RDC) has been engaged in understanding the project scope and vision
