National Weather Service issues La Nina watch for upcoming winter

Weather specialist Rick McCoy said over the weekend that rapidly shifting weather patterns in the eastern Pacific Ocean have forced the National Weather Service officials to issue a La Nina Watch for the next several months and into early winter.
