McKean highlights ongoing vision for Berne’s future

Berne Mayor Bill McKean told those attending his State of the City address at the American Legion on Tuesday that while last year’s speech emphasized several ongoing major projects, this year’s speech reviews the completion of many of those projects and the ongoing vision for their future.
