Lotter crowned Miss Adams County 2019

A lot of changes were made in the opening night of the 2019 4-H Fair on Sunday evening, mainly because a heavy thunderstorm forced the Miss Adams County pageant to be moved from the traditional stage to the new Adams Central athletic complex.
