Local artist returns for Plein Air Paint Out

Last year’s Plein Art Paint Out portion of the Decatur Sculpture Tour was so successful that tour officials decided to run it again. A large number of entries have arrived for this year’s paint out, including from as far away as Dayton and the Fort Wayne Art Guild.
