Lepley carves out popularity at Kekionga Festival

The Hoosier sun shone brightly over Decatur’s annual Kekionga Festival this past weekend, including Thursday night’s concert by The Bulldogs, education day at Riverside Park on Friday and Saturday’s annual encampments at Riverside Center.
