Holcomb proclaims Winter Weather Preparedness Week

Adams County highway superintendent Brad Yoder told the Adams County Commissioners Tuesday morning that Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb has proclaimed this week, Nov. 5-11, to be Winter Weather Preparedness Week.
