Haunted Dugan Mansion drawing large crowds

Max Miller, president of the Adams County Historical Society, said in an interview on Thursday afternoon that the Halloween-decorated Charles Dugan mansion in Decatur has been drawing some of the largest crowds ever to the haunted mansion show.
