Fisher Meats to bring more jobs to local area

Fisher Meats, a processor of fresh and smoked meat, announced plans last Friday to triple its value to Jay County by creating up to 20 new jobs by 2019. Fisher Meats will purchase, renovate and equip a 26,000 square foot facility along Indiana 67 in Redkey. The new expansion will house the company’s smoked meat processing operations.
