First 40 networking event offers help for small businesses

The Adams County Economic Development Corporation, Berne Chamber of Commerce and Decatur Chamber of Commerce are partnering to offer a new networking event. First 40 offers the opportunity for 40 small business owners to come together, share a little about their businesses and get connected to local experts who can help in areas they find challenging.
