Eastview Apartment expansion approved

The Berne Plan Commission approved plans for the continued expansion of Eastview Apartments on the east side of the city during a public hearing and meeting Monday night. Brett Miller, of MLS Engineering, presented the plans on behalf of Roger Muselman.
