Dull files for re-election to city council

Ron Dull has filed the appropriate paperwork to run for the Berne District 4 City Council position in the 2019 local election. He is a three term incumbent Berne District 4 City Councilman having been elected to this position for the first time in 2007 and was re-elected in 2011 and 2015.
