Decatur water line to cut through Parr Road

Kevin Hackman from the Decatur Water Department paid a visit to the Berne Board of Public Works and Safety meeting Wednesday morning to notify the city that there is a bit of a change in the plans to run new water lines from the wells east of Berne.
