Decatur swears in new reserve officer

Decatur welcomed its newest reserve officer to the Decatur police force last week. Andrew Wolf was officially sworn in at Decatur City Hall by city clerk Phyllis Whitright Friday. Present for the ceremony were Wolf’s parents, Kent and Viola.
