Decatur resident Mihaylov sworn in as US citizen

Decatur resident, George Mihaylov, had a very simple reaction recently when describing how it feels to him to finally be a United States citizen. “It’s a very good feeling,” said Mihaylov. “It’s nice. There’s a very good sense of feeling, ‘you did it; you accomplished something.’”
