The recent failure of a pipe carrying jet fuel under the St. Mary’s River will end up costing Buckeye Pipeline more as Adams County Emergency Management director John August and county highway superintendent Lonnie Caffee decided to bill Buckeye Pipeline for hours used by county employees helping with the clean-up efforts.
