County spends big bucks fixing computer system

​Adams County’s computer system has been problematic for much of the summer. This had led to some serious e-mail outages and prolonged down time. To make matters worse, the county’s computer system is also used by Sheriff’s Department, the Decatur Police Department and the Decatur Fire Department.
