County Council spars over pay for new IT position

The last Adams County Council meeting of the year turned out to be the last meeting for Ed Dyer, Phil Wulliman and Eric Orr. Dyer, who has served on the council for slightly over four years, was defeated in last month’s general election by former Decatur Mayor John Schultz, Phil Wulliman decided to retire after 20 years of service, and Eric Orr decided to open a new chapter in his life.
