County Council appropriates money from American Rescue Plan

The Adams County Council adopted a resolution Tuesday morning to appropriate from the American Rescue Act of 2021 $25,000 to be used for paying qualifying costs incurred by the county for payroll and benefits due to employees for the portion of employees’ time.
