County Council adjusts how it looks at pay scale for employees

During a special work session of the Adams County Council last Friday, a discussion was held about the follow-up of the New Focus research study that was done for the county. New Focus had gone through each job in the county and also obtained information from Wells County, Allen County, Huntington County, the city of Berne and the city of Decatur.
