Council approves secondary plat for Black Bear Meadows

Berne City Council approved a motion for a secondary plat for Black Meadows Subdivision at Monday’s December meeting. Gregg Sprunger, representing the Berne Planning Commission, said that street access is in and completed that will allow for greater access to property sales.
