Conrad claims judge’s seat in Adams Superior Court race

Independent candidate Sam Conrad unseated incumbent Republican Superior Court Judge Patrick Miller in Tuesday’s election among Adams County voters. Conrad received 7,997 votes (59.45%) compared to Miller’s 5,455 votes (40.55%).
