Commissioners reopen county at noon Tuesday

Adams County Commissioners passed a resolution at 11:59 a.m. on Tuesday concerning the reopening and operations of Adams County departments and offices following the issue of an executive order by the governor modifying county-based measures and restrictions based upon the impact of COVID-19.
