City officials nearing completion of revamped nuisance ordinance

Several Berne officials, including Mayor Bill McKean, city attorney David Baumgartner, Curt Dailey and police chief Tim Taylor have spent long hours in reading, studying and dissecting the city’s code of ordinances to become better known as public nuisances.
