Berne man pinned under overturned tractor

Saturday, May 20 at approximately 7 p.m., the Adams County dispatch center received a 911 call in reference to a person pinned under a mower in a ditch bed. Adams County deputies, Geneva and Berne police officers, Geneva fire and Adams
