Adams, Wells students commit to entering skilled trade fields

The Adams Wells Manufacturing Alliance, along with the Adams County Economic Development Corporation and Wells County Economic Development Corporation, held its third annual signing day Wednesday, May 4 at the MERIT Center in Decatur.
