AC board signs superintendent contract with Mahaffey

Four minutes after it went into special session on Monday evening, the Adams Central Board of Education signed a three-year-contract with Joel Mahaffey to become its new school superintendent. The legislation was approved after the board had spent several months searching for a new leader for the school system.
