Lois Wulliman

Lois Erline Wulliman, 83, of Berne passed away Monday, Feb. 27, 2023, at Swiss Village in Berne. She was born Oct. 24, 1939, in Berne to Clarence and Evangeline (Nussbaum) Steiner. She was married June 27, 1957, in Berne to Roscoe Wulliman.
She was a member of Grace Bible Church in Berne and taught two and three-year-old Sunday school class for many years. She was also a member of the Modern Homemakers Club.
She faithfully served her family as a homemaker and was also a seamstress sewing many wedding dresses and bridal party gowns. She was employed at Ben Franklin and retired from Swiss Village in housekeeping.
She loved all sports, especially I.U. basketball and football. She also enjoyed fishing. Most of all, she enjoyed watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren swim competitively.
She is survived by her husband of Berne; three daughters, Gwendolyn (Larry) Maller; and Tara (Rod) Farlow, both of Berne; and Trisha (Greg) Mishler of Crawfordsville; three sisters, Alice (Duane) Bluhm; and Carol (Ron) Yoder, both of Berne; and Jan (Bob) Hawkins of Huntertown; nine grandchildren, Chris (Daniece) Maller; Mistylee (Derek) Taylor; Ashley Armstrong; Brittany (Kyle) Hembree; Dane (Haley) Mishler; Hilary (Devin) Kelly; Cole (Addy) Farlow; Cady (Grant) Wilson; and Caralie (Evan) Ferguson; and nine great-grandchildren with three on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son, Trent Turner Wulliman; and an infant daughter, Tamara Sue Wulliman.
Visitation will be Monday, March 6 from 5-7 p.m. at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Yager-Kirchhofer Chapel in Berne and one hour prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service Tuesday, March 7 at the Swiss Village Auditorium in Berne. Officiating will be Rev. Dr. Jeff Gaskill. Burial will be at MRE Cemetery in rural Berne.
