Lela Moser

Lela Leona Moser, 95, of Geneva passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Christian Care Retirement Community in Bluffton. She was born August 26, 1926, in Noble County to Ernest R. and Mable (Harms) Sharp. She was married August 31, 1945, to Earl James Moser.
She faithfully served her family as a homemaker and helped on the family farm. She attended West Missionary Church for over 70 years. She enjoyed her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, camping, traveling, fishing and baking. While traveling in her younger years to Colorado, she shot a 12 point buck.
She is survived by her daughter, Celia (James “Ed”) Dunmoyer of Geneva; son-in-law, Roger Terrell of Bluffton; five grandsons; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on July 28, 2016; daughter, Charlotte Terrell; two sisters, Evelyn Patton; and Mildred Enoch; and brother, Ray Sharp.
Visitation will be Monday, June 6 from 3-7 p.m. at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home Yager-Kirchhofer Chapel in Berne and one hour prior to the 10:30 a.m. funeral service Tuesday, June 7 at West Missionary Church in Berne. Officiating will be Pastor Keith Rupp and Pastor Dean Terrell. Burial will be at MRE Cemetery in Berne.
