Kevin Tobias

Kevin L. Tobias, 62, of Geneva died Wednesday, Sep. 27, 2023, in Portland. He was born Monday, Feb. 13, 1961, in Fort Wayne to Monte and Phyllis (Pusey) Tobias.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
