David M. Garcia, 28, of Portland died Wednesday, July 19, 2023, in Bellingham, Washington. He was born Wednesday, March 1, 1995, in Shelbyville, Kentucky. His parents are Hugo Garcia-Rosales and Sharon Andrea (Burgin) Garcia.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the 5 p.m. funeral service Sunday, July 30 at Downing & Glancy Funeral Home, 100 N. Washington St., Geneva.
