Van, buggy crash sends two to hospital

Wednesday, Aug. 16 at approximately 9:20 p.m., the Adams County dispatch center received a 911 call in reference to a personal injury vehicle accident. Adams County deputies, the Indiana State Police, Monroe Fire and Adams EMS all responded to
