Substance abuse treatment program starting for incarcerated women

Adams County Jail and A Better Life-Brianna’s Hope have partnered together to provide a treatment program for Adams County women who are incarcerated. The first meeting was held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the jail for interested female inmates
